Rating: pg-13 ish.

Bradley rushed down the side walk, checking his watch, black leather trench fluttering out behind him dramatically revealing that he was wearing a dark blue blouse that was open at the throat tucked into black jeans topped off by his trade mark combat boots. He could of Blinked and been on time to meet up with his young boyfriend but that may of caused a wealth of problems if he was caught so it was the old fashion way for him. Probably for the best all around.

He picked up his speed slightly and only slowed down as he reached the entrance of the the club Rhys worked at. Lee smiled and walked in, looking around with a grin. Really this was his sort of place. Nice atmosphere, friendly. Spotting an employee he walked over to her and tapped her shoulder.

Melinda was taking care of some of the customers, they were busy tonight and already she was sweating. Going back and forth getting people their drinks and getting peanuts and pretzels for the tables, boy was she running and back and forth. Then of course there were the guys that were getting antsy and touchy feely, she didn't like that considering that Zeke was at home doing nothing.

So she went to the back and put a drink down for herself. She seriously could have used a break. So she went and cleaned off a table that was behind a curtain, a private room in fact. She was clearing the table off when she felt a tapping on her shoulder and she turned around and she saw his eyes. They were glowing faintly, no mortal had glowing eyes she got a little scared when she faintly muttered "demon" she then took her hands and froze him. But then unfroze his head, luckily they were behind a curtain so nobody would notice "alright. who sent you?"

	Bradley heard the whispered word and tense opening his mouth to tell her he wasn't here to hurt her when he felt his body freeze. A split second later his head was unfroze and he pouted at her. Come in Peace? no demon ever came in peace, they were always after something. and since she was a Charmed One she was thinking that he was after her or something. She was never really trust worthy but if he didn't try anything then she guessed that he was alright.

So she unfroze him and then sighed "sorry about that. I mean your a demon and that's what I always do with demons, its kind of a reaction that I have. so who's your boyfriend?" she asked him with a warm smile "I apologize for doing that"

Lee shuddered as he unfroze and straightened out his clothing in an attempt to gather himself. "Had I been someone else I can see the action being totally appropriate."

He took a deep breath and offered her his head. "Bradley Scott. I'm looking for Rhys. About my hieght. Beautiful blue eyes. Great looking in a suit?"

Bradley shook his head. "No worries. At least you didn't freeze me freeze me. Cold and me don't mix and I really don't like getting sick."

Melinda looked at him "I'm sorry. that's what I do with demons, and your eyes just didn't look normal eyes at all. so I did the only thing possible"

She then reached her hand out "its nice to meet you Bradley Scott, I'm Melinda Halliwell. oh the new Public Relations guy, ummm I have no idea where he could be. we're pretty packed, but if I see him I will lead him this way"

"yeah thank god that I don't have cryokinesis, cause then you would have looked like a Popsicle" she laughed "so ummm can I get you anything?"

	He gave her a lazy, open smile. "No worries. Honest." Lee shook her hand firmly before tucking his hands into his pockets. "Nice to meet you too Miss Melinda." Bradley chuckled. Melinda laughed "well, good. wouldn't want you hating me because of a simple mistake" she then nodded "well, its very nice to meet you as well"

She then took out her pad and and started writing down his order and then she smiled "alright a rum and coke coming up" she then looked at him "I don't really discuss the "M" word here but if you want to know then yes" she laughed "let me go and get your order and then I'll go on break and we can talk"

She then left and right as she was passing another table a guy grabbed her butt and she took his hand off of it and then looked at him and told him to leave his hand off the merchandise. and then she left to go and get his drink.

About five minutes later she brought back his drink and delivered it to him "here you go. one rum and coke" she then sat down "so I have never seen you around here. are you new here?" she said while taking a drink from her diet coke.

The man smiled as she walked off and he looked over the room, shrugging off his jacket and laying it over the back of a near by chair. It was a nice place, one he wouldn't mind visiting again. He turned back just as Melinda returned and took the drink with a thankful smile. "Thanks."

Lee sat down across from her, sipping his drink. "I am. Haven't been here for maybe a week or so." He smiled. "So I'm still learning my way around. Any interesting places I should visit?"

Smiling as she took a sip of her diet coke and just listened to him. He was certainly new here so she had to smile at that "wow you are pretty new here then. but that's alright, there are some pretty interesting places here. your sitting in one, this is a pretty hot club and we get a lot of people in here"

She then had to start thinking of a list of interesting places that he could go and visit "well, we have the golden gate park, the golden gate bridge, china town, the aquarium, six flags, there's tons of places that you can visit. lots of fun stuff to do" just then the same drunk guy came over to her and was flirting with her. "alright you have had enough sir I think its time for you to leave. Mary will you get him out of here" another waitress escorted him out of the club "sorry about that. it happens a lot"

"I'm noticing this. It's a pretty nice club. Definitely wouldn't mind coming here on a date rather then just a visit." He smiled. "Seen pictures of the bridge so I'm interested in seeing it in person..." Lee looked thoughtful, memorizing the list as the drunk came up. He watched carefully. If at any moment had she become uncomfortable he'd of intervene. But she sent him away gracefully.

Bradley smiled. "No need to apologize. I understand that it's one the hazards of the job. I must say though you handled it like a pro."

"well, thank you. My mother actually did a very nice job with it when she first bought the place and fixed it up a long time ago. I'm thinking that this has been a very hot night club forever. and yeah this is where I would always bring my boyfriends on our dates" she started to laugh "oh yeah a nice view is from the top of this cliff, I remember having picnics there and the wind and then looking at the bridge, that would be a very nice date"

She then smiled back over to him "well, thank you. yeah I deal with this type of stuff all the time. kind of getting tired of it though. sometimes they leave bruises cause they pinch too hard" she laughed.
