Hello, I'm Holly and I'm looking for a game.

Seems rather obvious; why would I be posting here otherwise?

Lately, I've had a bit of an itch to play Severus Snape, though I'd prefer starting out in a panfandom or an AU with him before trying my hand at canon games.

I'd also like to play my Bellatrix Black/Lestrange somewhere.

For those future gen games in search of a Lily L Potter, I do play her as well. Longshot though it is, I'd love a place to play my Lily Evans/Potter, though she seems to be taken everywhere.

I am open to trying new characters. I can play Death Eaters, though not the leader kind; I'm not that great at coming up with devious plots. Rather, I prefer not to because I don't like stepping on mod-toes.

I prefer future gen or Marauder era to trio era (I never really could get into trio era games). I don't mind weird twists, though time-travel isn't my cup of tea. I look forward to any responses.

Hello everyone, we're the mods of the_exodus_rpg a brand new Marauders Era game that has been open since Halloween and we will be closing next November. That's right, we'll only be open for one year. Why you ask? Because we want to solely explore the final year of the war against Voldemort. The game will be dark, bloody, and yes, characters will die in game. Still interested?

The game opened Halloween, 1980, with a battle in which the Potters thrice defied the Dark Lord and were forced to go into hiding. We will close on the day after their deaths. The time in between will be spend unraveling how they got from point A to point B.

We're currently seeking the following roles:

-Frank Longbottom is needed for many reasons. A. His son is a potential Prophecy child, so he needs to be around to keep ickle Neville safe. Alice is already in-game and needs him around to defy the Dark Lord with.
-Peter Pettigrew to round out the Marauders. We have Sirius and Remus in game and Peter will get to switch sides during the game.
-Xenophilius Lovegood, your wife is in game and about to find out that she is pregnant with Luna.
-Rodolphus and Rabastan Lestrange, Bella needs you two to get into trouble with.
-And in general we need Order members and Death Eaters, along with many others.

And unfortunately, this is the time of year where people get overwhelmed with school work and life, so we have lost a few members and we seek the following recasts:
-James and Lily Potter: They're currently in hiding with Harry, with Dumbledore's help.
-Caradoc Dearborn: Order member, Auror, and father-to-be.
-Esther Avery: Alexander Avery's Muggle sympathetic wife.
-And finally, Lucius Malfoy: Lucius and Narcissa are happily married and raising Draco. Lucius is a Death Eater and has an iffy relationship with his fellow Death Eater and sister-in-law, Bellatrix Lestrange.

Mostly, we need DEATH EATERS, we cannot emphasize this any more. Like we said, we plan to opens things off with a battle, which means both sides of the war need to be evened up. So if you have an evil muse in there, send the over, we guarantee good times for them.

I'm Steff, aka Rodolphus Lestrange and Angelina Johnson at ammods. I've advertised for both of them, and had no luck :( AM is a game where wizards have been sucked into the same village from all sorts of times. You create how old they are, and what year they're from.

Bellatrix Black/Lestrange → I have Rodolphus listed as married to her, though the wedding date can be discussed
→ I'm fond of her being infertile, why else didn't they have a heir?
→ I'm also fond of them not being affectionate/admitting they love each other. Rodolphus is still young, though he will eventually grow into loving her. Any backstory can be worked out depending on how old she may be.

Rabastan Lestrange → Although Rodolphus has been making friends, Rabastan is the only person who truly knows Rodolphus. I'm interested in working their relationship.
→ I have a sister listed who's younger than Ro, but older than Rab. That can be changed and/or thrown out.

Fred & George Weasley → Angelina is mostly over Fred's death, as it's been a year and a half. I'd love to see her reaction to a very much alive Fred, and depending on how old he is - working out their relationship.
→ At the moment Angelina and George are in a sort-of relationship after coming together over their grief. Ang has no idea she married him, or had children with him. I'm interested in establishing her relationship with him.

Fred II & Roxanne Weasley → Angie has babies, but she has no idea. I'd love for either (or both!) of them to suddenly appear to wreck some havoc on her.
→ I see Angelina as a demanding mother, though accepting of her children's choices. Ang's own mother hated the fact Ang went into quidditch, and that really affected Angelina.

breaking_point is a fabulous game with a gigantic amount of plot and fabulous players. It's set in 2024, and Voldemort just returned from the dead and is causing a whole lot of trouble. We do need some key characters however, especially these three:

Albus Potter - The Ravenclaw Potter (well former, he left school this summer), best friends with Scorpius Malfoy, is greatly needed as the family is going through something of a crises at the moment. James Sirius, together with his best friend Dylan and Al's best friend Scorpius Malfoy, has been cursed by Voldemort. They're dying unless a cure is found shortly. A new player would have great freedom when creating Al, only the part where he was Ravenclaw, is best friends with Scorpius and lives with his brother need to be kept. Everything else is up to you.

Ron Weasley - Harry needs his best friend around, his son is dying! There are werewolves running around eating people and Voldemort is back causing mayhem. Harry is slightly worried, and would really need his best friend around. (No backstory)

Nymphadora Tonks/Lupin - Tonks was the first returnee in game (well second, but the first was an NPC). She returned as she was when she died, and has had some trouble connecting to her grown up son as she's missing her baby. She's become reinstated as Auror and recently Remus returned in game too - only he's 28 and doesn't remember ever marrying her. As she has been inactive for the last few months, any new player can talk through with us what she has been up to behind the scenes. - HELD -

Rodolphus at Wished is coming at you with a peculiar request. Following the recent takeover of the Ministry of Magic by Voldemort and his Death Eaters, Rodolphus has been tasked with finding people to join the Snatchers. The problem? We don't have nearly enough dark-minded adults around! There are many possiblities - any former students, of course. Any name only canon names that you want to flesh out as an OC Snatcher too would probably work! We just need some dark to counteract all the damn Order members we have around!

There are many students being looked for specifically, so please have a look at our Available Characters list and see if there's anyone you would like to consider. We have many name only students if you have an OC concept you've been aching to try, and we do love helping people integrate characters, so if you have a character idea that you want to try out, or a character from a past game that you would like to try again, we have an active cast of both 7th years and 6th years, and they are all looking for their missing classmates. The only thing it might require is a personality transfer to a different blank slate character name. If you'd like to step into some roles that you know will have automatic things to play, you can check out our Requested Storylines as well.

Wished is a Trio Era AU, diverging from canon halfway through HBP and set in 7th year. We're a well organized game with a cast base that is friendly and welcoming. We have been open for three months and already have quite a large cast of activecharacters. You can see from our public game recaps how active we are. This is not a game that will die in a month. Take a look if it seems interesting to you, and if you have any questions please ask!

I have James Potter and Rita Skeeter over at The Other Side. Think of this game as your wet dream crack characters in a game with substantial plot. I promise it's worth your time. Promise.

Rita currently needs:

(♂) "Bozo" Bosso. He ends up being Rita's cameraman for the Daily Prophet, but in school Rita, Gilderoy and Bosso would hang out. He's "Bozo" in canon, but in game canon that's just Rita mispronouncing his last name and then sticking with it because she's stubborn like that. Oh, and Gilderoy also demands you come over. Don't say no to him. He has gorgeous hair.

Horace Slughorn because she adores him. She needs a teacher who likes her just a little bit and since Rita has future success written all over her, it wouldn't be surprising that Slughorn wants to collect her.

Hesper Keddle. He's an original character that's been mentioned in the game. He runs the local newspaper and let's face it, Rita wants to score a job there. It would be great if he could mentor her on the wonderful methods of destroying people via articles.


James currently needs:

Peter Pettigrew because they all need the mousy little Marauder to tease. Come join your Brethren, Peter! They need you. Plus, James and Lily don't know you betrayed them in the future yet, so you don't have to worry about them hating you.

Molly and Arthur Weasley. Why? Because Harry married Ginny and well, he wants to have a talk with the Weasleys about it. Maybe grow closer over some pints and have long talks with Arthur about how scary redheaded women are when they're mad. Their heads aflame. It's terrifying and he needs someone to bond with over this other than his son.


Plot-wise we need:

-Dopple!Draco Malfoy and Dopple!Lucius Malfoy. (Dopple!Narcissa is in pending!)
-Dopple!Rodolphus Lestrange. Bella needs her hubby. Oh, and our Dopple!Neville is going to need his adoptive father, after all.
-Dopple!Sirius, Peter and Remus. The Dopple!Potters want you around. And, really, who wouldn't? Maybe in the New World, Peter is redeemable? Up to you!
-Dopple!Fenrir Greyback. Head of the "Guard Dogs".
-WEASLEYS. C'mon! You guys spread like rabbits, how is there only one of you over here? Ginny wants her family! Not to mention Harry needs Ron.

Darkness Rising is an extremely active Marauders Era game which takes place during the height of the war in 1978. We have extremely active and wonderfully written characters, have been open for close to a year, and we have solid plots planned for many more months to come. Quadrivium is an interim game taking place during 1990 at Hogwarts dealing in character development and setting the foundation for the plot of the books. We're a small cast, looking for more students to increase the level of drama in the school, break up relationships, start new ones, and anything else to your heart's content. We're an escape from everyday RP and we welcome shipping, IC drama, and having a good time when all we want to do is have a bit of a cracked-out time. What we really need are more students, including a few love interests for some of our characters. Most of all, we need some younger students, as in June the majority of our cast will be leaving Hogwarts, and who then will keep Gossip Witch in business? At this time we'd specifically love to see a Charlie Weasley, who is a recast, and any questions can be directed to me.


Recuperatio is a Post-DH game taking place in 2005, revolving around a third war in the Wizarding World, werewolves, serial killers, etc. We're active and have a strong cast with strong plots and we're looking to grow so that we can introduce even bigger plots.

WEASLEYS CALLING ALL WEASLEYS for ammods. A Harry Potter game where a 'Dark King' has screwed up some tricky magic and ended up with all sorts of witches and wizards from all different years! Players decide when and where their characters are from.

I'm specifically interested in Fred & George Weasley for my Angelina. She's from the year 2000, which means Fred has died and she's mostly over it. I also have her listed in a romantic involvement with George, though it doesn't have to be anything substantial.

I would love to have her meet a very much alive Fred, and perhaps a George from the future or her present day time. I'd also love to have her meet her kids! Fred II and Roxanne Weasley, you need to explain to your mum you exist! Preferably not older than twenty, but I'm up for anything! I'd love to talk lines, histories, anything.

Ron, Molly, Arthur, Bill, Charlie, Percy, Hugo, Lucy, Louis, Muriel, & Rose Weasley would all be loved as well! We currently have a Fleur, Ginny, Victoire, & Dominique Weasley - everyone would love if some more Weasleys showed up!

School has been turned into a day school, Aurors are stretched thin as they fight three battles at once, Aurors, Hit-wizards and Unspeakables have been authorised to use the killing curse on werewolves and Voldemort on sight, on or off duty… and in the midst of it, people are still trying to live their lives.

We’re currently looking for:
Ron Weasley: Harry, Hermione and Rose are waiting for him. He’s an Auror, now working for Harry who became head just two months ago – and Harry needs someone to complain to when it all becomes too much and his son insists on wanting to take on Voldemort all by himself.

I'm Brianna and I'm currently playing Alecto Carrow (alecto__carrow) over at wished via wishedmod -- It's a Trio-Based AU game that diverges from canon midway through Half-Blood Prince and aims to honor canon while allowing players to craft their own end to the story we all spent years following, -- and I am desperately seeking Amycus Carrow to play along side my Alecto.

Details about how I envision their relationship can be viewed here. In short I have it so Amycus is both the bane of her existence, and everything to her. The two of them do have a tendency to get into arguments, mainly about who is right, or better, or something pointless. He is the one that Alecto relies heavily on to keep her "sane". Amycus is one of the few people that Alecto would gladly die for.

I am of course willing to alter things about their love/hate relationship, and plot out any backstory / history / interaction you would like. I'm pretty flexible, and I'm desperate at this point. I have a few PBs in mind, but I am always open for other suggestions!

GINNY WEASLEY: We just lost our Ginny and we desperately need her back asap. Her oldest son, James Sirius, is suffering from a serious curse put on him by Voldemort himself and as of now there is no cure for it. He needs his mother around (to hex him to his bed) and Harry needs his wife for support.
Percy Weasley: We can’t go withouth Weasley brothers, especially when we have most of the rest of the family.
Albus Potter We recently lost our Albus and need a new one. He’s a Ravenclaw and lives with his brother and friends in a big house in Surrey. The rest is up to you. His brother is hit with a deadly curse so he's sort of important to have around.

time_of_trial

Hi! I'm Kacey and I play Lily Potter, Mandy Brocklehurst, and Narcissa Malfoy over at time_of_trial/trial_mod, An Alternate Universe game. Our plot basically revolves around what would've happened if Voldemort had been killed during the attacks at Godric's Hollow by the Order of Phoenix. We've been since January 19th and have recently decided to re-start the game. We are in desperate need of a Draco Malfoy and Ginny Weasley. Both have no backstory. They are essential to our plot, and if you're interested in keeping busy feel free to take a look!

othersiderpg via busillis is an AU game based around the premise of the Trio's year and the Marauder's year ending up in an Alternative Universe. We've been open since August but are trying to get active again. Despite this, we are a fun game with amazing players and are always looking for more characters!
