Okay, Everyone!

Final notice (that's planned, anyway) before the game begins. Be sure to check over The Rules, the Places of Interest, the Taken Character List and the Malfunction Days.

The Taken Character List and rooming decisions in the Places of Interest may change before midnight, but the rest will remain the same. As you can see from the Taken Character List, we have three more potential players, but one has yet to truly be accepted and the other two need to make their journals.

If they don't by midnight, they won't be part of the 'start' of the game and will be given a date later this week when all of them will pop into the game. The estimated date will probably be May 2nd, 2008. So feel free to have your characters act as if the 'pending/no journal yet' characters are not yet present if they don't have their journals on the list by midnight tonight.

There has been one rather strange rule added to the Rules list which may or may not disappoint. After seeing it in a few RPGs yesterday I thought i'd make note of it not being allowed. Check out rule number 10, folks, and feel free to ask me questions about it if it confuses you. (Some of you may even think it doesn't have to be a rule because it's common sense, and I'd think so too, but it's just in case.) I'd appreciate it if everyone looked over the entire list one more time to refresh their memories though.

EDIT: Two new characters for Hell, one for Heaven and one character on the wait list. =3

Thanks for checking~! I hope everyone has fun once the game begins.

Yeah, personally whether a person likes or dislikes the subject covered in that rule? What's biologically impossible is still biologically impossible.

So I just HAD to put that in there when I saw other RPGs containing it. It makes no sense to me. xD

I just like it because it will pretty much erase any "Man 1 and Man 2 have epic sex and man 2 becomes pregnant withthe Ultimate Ultra Awesome Mega Lucifer Satan Rainbow God!"

*coughs*

Yes, I have seen that happen.

Eee! Now that just sounds silly.

...This makes me feel like announcing that Lucifer will never impregnate anyone. LOL.

(...and he wouldn't. 'Cause....no.)

It's epic silly!

(That'll make Alessa happy. She wasn't too fond of becoming the Order's Mary.)

Indeed. Plus doesn't that make whatever baby they're about to have become a way to overpower all the other players? That doesn't sound fun.

I mean, unless the baby is going to be an NPC that goes GOOGLY EVIL RUN AND UNITE AGAINST ME RAWR. ...But even then, why? XD

(Totally OOC: "But...I don't want to have to deal with this again!" "Neither NPC will impregnate you?" "Oh, good. Okay then." XD)

10 out of 10 what always wound up happening is that the pregnant dude would get stabbed in the gut, and the epic ultimate power child would die.

(XD it's pretty funny, but Alessa is going to be fascinated by Metatron. XD)

Wow. That's the only way they could think of dealing with it? o.O

(I warn you, he's fluffy and chipper. He has a very serious side, but he generally only shows that one on one when someone needs him.)

Yes, which is hilarious in and of itself.

(Don't know if you're familiar entirely with the story, but in SH1 Alessa attempted to create a seal//spell in Metatron's name in order to kill the God.)

(I have to shamefully admit I didn't finish SH1. But I know in SH3 there's the 'seal of Metatron'... But yeah, this'll be very, very interesting. xD)

XD Yeah. Like i've said once before...I can see it in an entirely humorous sense, but in a roleplay like this just...no.

Dude, if a guy ever got pregnant on Chaos Unraveled, we'd have to have an Oprah player come in to interview him...

Good rule!

Sal will avoid pregnancy at all costs, anyway...

Well, Sal doesn't have the parts for it, so technically isn't Sal sterile?

Good on ya.

XD, I'm just saying - nobody will ever change my mind and make Sal's male parts functional! Sal's sterile in all forms, so of course she couldn't get pregnant anyway.

That's a good rule. As much as I once liked to read this kind of stuff (if the universe it happens in at least supports a bit the idea, i.e. very, very, very sci-fi or heavy magical environment), it can get pretty silly when done in a rpg. I have seen it happen. In an Transformers rpg. Between two bots, even though it is canon that they do not procreate in such a fashion. It was very... enlightening.

So, mucho danke for this rule.

Oh, and a question (as we're talking about pregnant stuff). How is the rule about inter-species pregnancies? Is it ala Star Trek or something other?

(I don't know why I even ask this, Jazz is definitely not genetically compatible with any character in the game.)
