Chaos Unraveled OOC Community

Welcome new players~! I'm the secretary Mary and this post is to let you know that the Quick Add List has been updated, so that you can add all active journals in the game without trouble. (More to be updated when the other journals are up).

If you'd like to know the history of the game so far, check out the regularly updated Chronology thread, the timeline of threads/events in CU.

I believe that the new characters arrive during the second-to-last day of a Malfunction week, Zombie Attack Week. Info on Malfunction Days can be found here and rules for Zombie Week can be found here. 

Lastly, check out the handy Link Index created by the Mod for navigation around the CU and CU-ooc boards.

Hello! I'm Shana, and I'll be bringing you Katsuragi Yako come January 30. She's from a little known series called "Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro" if you know it I will love you forever and a total sweetheart. Poor thing just got 'free' of her demon-slave-driver of a boss, and then gets chucked into Niflheim. Lucky girl, right?
She's an awesome cook, and tries to think the best of people--somehow I think she'll have her work cut out for her.

My AIM is DetectiveYako; feel free to poke me about plotting or anything. It's nice to meet you all, and I hope I'll have a lot of fun with you.

This note is to remind everyone to please friend Brandy (journal: honey_i_wanna), as she will be joining Asgard on February 10th.

Information about Brandy can be found on Mary's most recent OOC post - she provides links to Brandy's purpose and her journal. For those who are new, Brandy is a temporary character played by Sal, my Niflheim character. Sal has the ability to change sexes (this has to do with his past and will be revealed in time) and will be masquerading as a female to infiltrate Asgard's defenses in hopes of learning more about Asgard's weaknesses.

Dis/Kael here, and my third character was accepted into CU. This is Thomas Stabile aka Raziel. The important things to know are the following;

1: He comes from the same realm as Flauros

2: He was the second angel created by God.

3: His name means 'Secret of God' and 'Angel of Mysteries' and he's the author of the Sefer Raziel. A book that reveals all the secrets and mysteries of the universe.

4: There is a concept in his world that dictates that there are an infinity number of realms. Each one created either by the choices we didn't make, or by the imaginations of sentient beings.

5: Raziel used to have the ability to traverse these realms, and could even step inside people's dreams. Here? Errr not so much.

6: Has three forms. His human form (seen in the icons) an animal form (a green nine foot long snake.) and his angelic form.

7: And finally, Raziel is an impatient jerk. He has no patience for stupid people. He's also prone to 'insulting' and for an angel he cusses a lot. Despite his rather unorthodox methods, he mostly tells the truth.


I can't wait to start playing him! :D

The Zombies are not inside the mansions. I repeat, they are NOT INSIDE THE MANSIONS.

They are outside, swarming the premises. I'm not saying they can't get in, they cannot/do not get inside unless the fortresses break open. Just to let everyone know that we're not waking up with zombies already inside.

On February 13th, everyone will be subject to another wacky Malfunction Day. Provided in the link is the list of characters and their new personalities. This includes the characters who will be joining us on January 30th and Brandy.

Please note that when switching personalities, you are not gaining the memories of the person whose personality you have acquired. Nor have you gained their powers. You can, however, gain slight aspects of their knowledge. (Example: Dorian gains Carrion's personality. Dorian cannot make stitchlings, but he has the ability to mix chemicals and make experiments. This ability will be lost to him when he transforms back to normal.)

This is also a free post for players to ask questions to other players about the personalities they are gaining.

Edit: Apologies to Fey and Hannah and thanks to Hannah for pointing this out: I gave both Una and Kamina Frank's personality. Kamina will now be gaining Myre's (who I seemed to have accidentally skipped when reassigning) personality instead. Sorry! D:
