Leaving for the TARDIS
Where: The Doctor and Jack's room.
Who: The Doctor, Jack, Martha and Lizzie (locked, plzkthnx)

The Doctor pulls on his coat, the blue suit he came Here in, and looks around the room. He didn't need to bring anything back with him, he had everything he needed.

He was quite eager to get out of Here. Too long in one place, surrounded by memories he'd rather try to escape from.

"Right. All set," he says.

Lizzie knocks on the door of the room that had belonged to the Doctor.

She couldn't quite believe he had invited her to come travelling with him. She had gathered together her few belongings and felt a pang of regret that she wasn't going home. She'd done some thinking and she had no idea how she would ever be able to fit back in at home, she would be an hysteric and the Doctor had offered her an opportunity to see more.

Jack had loaded a backpack with things he wanted to take from Here. A few memory sticks of photographs of the place and the people he had come to know. A black leather jacket that was just right. Seeds and recipes from Layla. A lock of Ana's hair - though she might not know about it. Some of Lucas's writing.

A pink, fuzzy scarf that had belonged to Rose.

He'd been out to say goodbye, as best as you can to a headstone. Sad though it was, he hadn't wanted to leave without paying his last respects.

Pulling on his long, grey coat and holstering his revolver, he was all set. He figured Gwen and Ianto would touch their cube and head back to Cardiff and Torchwood.

He had other plans.

And two ladies would be joining him and the Doctor.

At the knock, he said, "There's one of them. What do you think, Doc? Martha or Miss Bennett?"

Martha still couldn't believe that she was actually going home. Home. To her family. And Cardiff. She'd actually started to miss Cardiff. It still felt a bit surreal. The emergency evacuation that was in effect, and all the goodbyes made necessary.

She'd packed nearly an hour ago, deciding that all the clothes she'd managed to accumulate were too good to be left behind, and she couldn't help grinning as she saw the dress Jack had convinced her to take. After packing, she'd taken a quick look around, relieved to find that most occupants had already left. She was reminded on her walk of her arrival where she got the chance to finally meet Rose, and of the one and only time she witnessed someone arrive and had the privilege of meeting Obi-Wan, and not to mention her swim in the lake with Derek. In the end, though, she decided that even with all the friendships formed, she was still extremely glad to be going home.

As soon as she returned to her room, she grabbed her packed belongings and headed upstairs to Jack and the Doctor's room.

"Hmm. I guess... Lizzie," he says, crossing to the door. He opens it and beams. "And I'm right! Hello, come on in," he says.

He steps back to let her in, peering down the corridor to see Martha walking towards them. He waves at her and steps into the room, but doesn't close the door.

"Though Martha's on her way now, too."

He looks around and grins. "You all set?" he asks Lizzie.

	Lizzie, is almost always a little taken aback by the Doctor's enthusiam. She enters the room and is followed not long after by another young lady, who must be Martha. 	Jack smiled at the young lady and bowed in return to her curtsy. "As am I with you, Miss Bennett, right?" He crossed toward her and held out his hand. "Captain Jack Harkness. Charmed." He grinned at Martha as she entered. "Doctor Jones. All set? Do you have enough bags?" he teased lightly. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

As she made her way down the hall, Martha saw the Doctor up ahead, and waved in response, quickening her pace so he wouldn't have to wait too long for her to reach him.

As she entered the room, almost immediately setting her things on the floor, she grinned widely at Jack, a sign that she wasn't being serious as she said, "I wanted to take one last trip to the Boutique but I didn't have the time."

Then noticing the woman she had entered after, she gave her a polite grin. "I'm Martha Jones." She held out a hand.
