For his part, Robert didn't really understand what's going on, other than there's a countdown and people can leave the residence, returning home.

He packs what little he considers his into a backpack and sets it beside the domed cube. Then he pulls his jacket on and heads out to find Ana. He doesn't know quite what he's going to say, but he knows he wants to be with her, and hopes he can convince her to come with him.
