Saying goodbye - Locked
The Cube had appeared both in Peyton's and in Brooke's rooms and they knew they were going to go home soon. But before tht they needed to say goodbye.
That's why now they were in front of Lucas and Layla's room, knocking on the door.

"Yes, we are. I married him and I meant it. Even if we are here, home or whathaveyou, I married him and I love him. We go together, forever." She looked at Lucas when she spoke, then she looked at the girls.

"I am going to miss you both so much, I really am. I don't have that many female friends back home and I just feel so comfortable with you guys." She added softly and full of warmth.

	He stepped back from Peyton and Brooke when Layla spoke. "I love you too Layla. And we do go together, forever," he said. He kissed her cheek gently and taking her hand in his and lacing their fingers together. He draped his other arm around her shoulder as she spoke to Peyton and Brooke. 	Peyton nodded "It's the right thing to do. I was just wondering if you were going to come to Tree Hill or not. Both of you" she said "I'll miss you too, Layla. "It was the best thing for me too, I think we will be going to Tree Hill. There are more people there that need us and I would never take him away from his little sister and Jamie." Her voice cracked at the mention of Jamie. Layla was going to miss caring for him so badly.

Layla looked at Brooke and then hugged her warmly.

"Me too, the both of you. Gods this is so hard. Losing all those people in the explosion and then over the period of time we were here, now this...it all feels too much. You will forever be in my heart, both of you." Layla said with a sniffle.

	"Yes, we will be going back to Tree Hill. But you're both from different times to me so we'll be going back at a different time to you." He squeezed Layla's hand when her voice cracked as she mentioned Jamie. She knew that Layla was going to miss him. "I'm gonna miss you both too so much. It was really good having you both here." "Maybe we'll meet again then, somehow" Brooke said "I don't really know how this works but..."

"We'll always remember what happened Here, always remember you" Peyton said to Layla "You'll always be in my heart too"

Brooke turned to Lucas "It was great meeting you Here, spending time with you Here, being able to have my friend here too" she smiled "I'll miss you too. But I'll be there for you when you get back. We are friends back home too, right?"

"You think so?" Layla's voice broke then. " Me neither." Layla's face faltered some, knowing that things would never be the same.

"I'll always remember you too. Thank you for being a part of my life, with Lucas. I know how hard things had to have been and for that I am sorry. I know I am going to meet another version of you and her heart is going to break and that breaks my heart too." She said honestly to Peyton. "You've become like, one of my family. I hope you know that?"

Layla looks at Brooke and smiled sadly. She knew things had to be hard for her too.

	He smiled warmly at Brooke when she spoke. "It was great meeting you Here too. I'll be there for you too when you get back. Yes, we are friends. We'll always be friends." He then turned to Peyton. 	"It's ok" Peyton said "Don't worry abot me, I'll be fine. Really" she reassured them "And anyway, we're just friends from when you come from and will go back to" she reasoned.
