Wizarding Locations, Not Diagon Alley or Hogsmeade
Our Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade references are complete with the shop and job opportunities in those areas, but there are magical establishments throughout the country that aren't in those locations, so here is the game canon reference for those places! (If you have a family owned shop, or just a fun idea, feel free to comment.)
These locations, like Hogwarts, are obviously charmed so that muggles cannot discover them.

Office of the Brotherhood of Goblins - A sparsely manned office with few wizard staff, this organization fights for goblin's rights - including the right to carry and use wands, and the right to establish their own magical school. They continually campaign for a Goblin's Bill of Rights that is recognized by the Ministry of Magic. The leader of the organization is the goblin Brodrig the Boss-Eyed.
Office of the Troll Rights Movement - The spokesperson for this movement is Heliotrope Willis. She speaks optimistically about trolls' essentially peace-loving nature and of the valuable services they provide to wizards by providing protection.
