The winter is waning, you can smell it in the air, along with the cold, and with death too. Still cold, snow on the ground but there is a shift as well. I suppose it is fitting that it is a Snow Moon; the winter goes away and the promise of spring is coming back.

It has been another influx of people in town again. They happen from time to time. I hope all are well.

The snow stopped but there's still enough in the garden to make snowmen! It's fun even when my hands get really cold. Though the best part is hot chocolate and snuggling in the evenings - I think winter wins for that reason.

It seems that the weather is lightening up lightly and I am glad for one. I hadn't realized just how much my new home is in disrepair. It seems that there is quite a bit of work that must be done and such little time to do it. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good repair man? Or perhaps I should purchase a slave. The company would be nice in here as well.
