It isn't unusual for me to be in the stands watching Quidditch when Ravenclaw is playing... but not when Slytherin is also playing. It was harder than expected. Everyone played great, but and it was nice to see my teammates get the victory after what happened in our first game of the year.

I got to spend the whole night out dancing. My brother and I found a club and it was a pretty awesome New Year's Eve all things considered. I'm grateful that things here aren't affected by everything that happened at the ministry- mom still lives like a muggle though so I've made sure that they're being looked after when I go back to school. I don't want anything to happen back here.

Also, I've probably seen Star Wars ten times. I might be addicted.

So apparently all this effort in staying out of trouble and hoping things would go better was a fucking joke, but you can't say I didn't try.  I'm done with keeping my head down and acting like everything is okay for the sake of obedience.  It's clear certain individuals and their families have a specific interest in what has happened, and fuck you if you don't think I'm not calling y'all out on it.  Fuck you for expecting us to overlook the tragedies and threats to spare your shitty fucking privileged feelings.  Boo hoo people are upset that your relatives are racists and are now in power.  Fucking bite me. 

You want my congratulations?  Here it is.  You purebloods can keep you goddamn shitty ass society, I want no part in this mess.  Y'all have a delightful new year, see you never, because if you think I'm returning to the school come January you're fucking mistaken.  I'm going to go live on a mountain top where I never have to see you assholes again.  Peace on earth and all that bullshit.

Last night, the ravens and crows were fighting shadows with lightsabers. I'd feel more reassured if I could tell if their lightsabers were red or blue or green since apparently those colors identify them as being good or bad. They were all white to me. I was flying on the back of a Raven like riding a horse... or a broom... flying among the clouds. It was raining and snowing but the moon was out and the clouds weren't blocking the moon from shining down.

Death might be excited about the upcoming Quidditch match this weekend. I've had a couple Quidditch dreams with crows playing ravens, although last night one of the ravens was struck by a bludger and exploded into black glass shards that struck other birds and they exploded too until everything was black glass shards falling from the sky.

It was skeletons last night, dancing before the nearly full moon. There was a flock of crows in the trees watching. And then the crows joined in and put out the fire, and pecked the moon to pieces.

Guys, I just woke up to get ready for the day and I realized something; we have not planned anything for Halloween. What is this nonsense? Do you have your costumes yet? We are Slytherin, we cannot just dress cheap clothes and sneak in firewhiskey like a couple of muggle college students. I have seen how those turn out, and for one I do not want vomit all over the common room floor, or worse still; trashily dressed snakes parading the halls.

I have already found my costume. I bought it for my birthday which was almost a costume party, and then it was not. I am only showing you to prevent anyone from dressing the same. Though I highly doubt magical bunny girl is being sought after by anyone else in our house.

I can acquire sake, if anyone has the palette for it.

Some of you were a little sloppy at practice. I'm chalking it up to this week being sort of hard on all of us.
