Elena's gone. I don't know where she went. She's not in her tent and I can't track her. If anyone's seen her, would you let me know?

We need a plan to get Elena's humanity back on. Whatever worked before - I don't trust doing that here. We still don't know what this place is capable of. We're going to have to try something else. Damon, have you talked to her?

This isn't something I've ever really done before. Writing down things when words and what they could reveal are so precious. But after being taken away to that place I can hardly remember it now, being so happy, it still hurts I guess I'll try my hand at it. Because this is where we are now and we have to accept it, right?

Or at least that's what I keep telling myself. But most mornings I still forget when I wake up for those few seconds that everything has changed. I wonder when that will go away and if I'll be more content then or afraid to lose another piece of home.
