===============
Damien had to admit he had been having fun tonight. It was exciting to play along with Eric and acting like a couple in front of people in a public setting. They had flirted openly, danced, made suggestive comments, stared longingly, made jokes, and had even went so far as to make out a few times. He was quite a good actor himself. Playing a role was something he'd been good at. It was his destiny to deceive nations, after all. He would also have to agree that Eric was very good at playing it up too. No doubt there would be rumors murmured among those who went. Damien did like to keep things interesting. But he made a deal, he was going to give the vampire sheriff some blood after the party, and so he was doing that. Well.. more like a promise. He often liked to give on a daily basis. It had led to them being good friends. He liked vampires. Really liked demons too, like Ruby, as they were a bit close to his own kind. He'd sensed a few of them, who were either at the party, or somewhere near it. He hoped to meet her again very soon, it was always fun being around that one. But for now he had a promise to keep and blood to give. After that, maybe he could go back out to wander a bit, see what mischief he could get into.
He had linked his arm with Eric's, the whole time on the way back to his trailer. Mostly for image and little else. It was a fun game to play, this he knew for certain. But once they were inside and the door shut, Damien let go. His party clothes were starting to feel a bit uncomfortable after wearing it for such a long while. So he pulled off his jacket and set it aside, followed by his tie, then loosening the first few top buttons on his shirt. That was butter. Much better. Easier to breath now and didn't feel so constricted. Party was done with so he figured it was time to relax and unwind. "Well now," he said with a haughty smirk, "that was quite the fun evening. We act well together, yes? I think they bought it. We were both very convincing. And I must say, it was fun to pretend."
