Who: Anyone Rachael invited and any friends they might have brought/told. It's basically an open house. So if your character would have feasibly found out about it, they can show up!

Where: The Goldstein residence in Scarborough.
When: Tuesday, 31 December, 1997. Officially it started at 9:00 and goes until Rachel kicks your arse out before her parents come home.
