The Bullworth Academy Alumni Association cordially invites you to join us at Bullworth Academy to celebrate five years of excellence for graduates of the class of 2000. We will be hosting an open reunion for all students of previous years on June 20th, 2005 at 6 pm. Dinner will be served in the cafeteria, followed by live music and dancing. Speakers will include Dr. Jerold Crabblesnitch, Mr. Seth Kolbe, and Mr. Derby Harrington.
RSVP to Julia Danvers-Crabblesnitch at (346) 925-2908.
Five years have passed since Jimmy Hopkins and his peers graduated from Bullworth Academy and went their separate ways, leaving the little hamlet of Bullworth behind. Since then, the town has changed dramatically. Big corporations have moved in, preying upon the small local businesses that once thrived there. Yum Yum Market is being devoured by Farmer Todd's, and Dragon's Wing Comics is suffering under the oppression (and nasty sweat-sock strong coffee) of Books by the Billions. Blue Skies is on the verge of being purged of all homes there, and half of New Coventry is under threat of being rezoned and converted into a massive Whoa! Mart Inc. (aka Woemart) stomping ground.
The rich and lofty high up on the hills of the Vale look down at all this commotion with vague amusement, or else have their hands deeply entrenched in the action. The people of New Coventry are fighting tooth and nail to keep their homes -- so what if the place is a little dirty? It's home. The citizens of Bullworth Town are trapped in the middle, and looking for a solution. Will the return of their children provide the answers? Or will the students of Bullworth Academy once more be divided between deep lines of prejudice and hatred?
