Who: Katherine Fitzgibbon, Gerald Kellerman
Where: Watcher's Council Headquarters, London
When: Wednesday night

An older, yet still impossibly beautiful woman, Katherine Fitzgibbon looked to all the world like the perfect person to be the head of the new Watcher's Council. With her class, dignity, poise, and awe-inspiring mix of compassion and sternness, Katherine had been the one to bring down the ruling that all girls with the potential to be Slayers would be called, through one massive spell.

It had taken a lot of work and convincing of people in different places, but after agreeing that any messes that would occur due to this spell would be her fault completely, Katherine finally got the proper clearances she needed, and had contacted every Watcher in her employ, sending them to the places they needed to be to find their Slayers, prepare them for what was to come, and get ready for the changes.

"Ms. Fitzgibbon... the coven wanted me to let you know the spell was just completed. Within the next few hours, every girl in world with the potential to be a Slayer will recieve their powers and abilities...I just wanted you to know that, well... we, all of us on the Council, are behind you here. The changes that rocked this group... we're all finally in agreement that what you're trying to do here is in the best interests of the world, and in the best interests of the Slayer, or... SlayerS as the case may be now. We believe in you... and what you are going to do for this organization."

The older woman gave a polite, and semi-sincere smile in return.

"Thank you, Gerald. Now... we can only sit back and hope these girls don't hate us for what we're doing to them..."

She sat back, praying once more that her actions would result in the good for all that she'd made them with the intentions of.
