Freak Out
Who: Teresa and Ash
Where: Eden
When: March 16th, Evening
Teresa had went out shopping that day after classes and dance practice, and had ended up picking out a dress that was AMAZINGLY not her taste, but she had instantly fallen in love with it. After buying it, she had decided to go out to Eden instead of Avarice like all of her friends did, feeling a bit out of sorts tonight. Well, maybe out of sorts wasn't the right word, but she was definitely feeling different. After going home and changing, she headed up to the club, going up to the bar and ordering herself a coke. Usually she wouldn't be into the gothy music, but tonight she was definitely feeling it.
In what would undoubtedly result in violent tragedy eventually, Ash was in the same place as the blonde. Yep. This was ONE time that it probably WASN'T good for a blonde to be near Ash. Wearing black jeans and a snug black t-shirt, his hair now a darker, brownish-blonde, the young watcher sat at an empty table, just watching the people dancing. Hey... he loved Lucy, but he was STILL a boy. Of course he was gonna watch the hot, gothy girls.
After finishing her coke, Teresa ended up joining a few people on the dance floor, dancing slowly with a cute goth boy to a band that he told her was 'Taimat,' which she had thought was some dragon dude, but whatever. It was working for her right now most definitely.
Ohhh dear. Ash definitely noticed her then. And while normally, he'd be looking at her with appreciation? He KNEW who and what she was now. And despite his promise to Delilah that he wouldn't hurt the girl... that didn't mean he couldn't glare like HELL.
It only took her a few seconds to feel the eyes on her, and she actually watched him while she danced for a few seconds before she decided to figure out just what in the hell was this guy's problem. Normally she wouldn't be so bold as to actually approach a guy and ask what his problem was, but tonight she was feeling brave. "Can I ask just WHY you are staying at me like I'm the Devil itself?" she asked, hands on her hips after she walked up to Ash's table.
Ash didn't bother to disguise his feelings here. Come on. This is ASH. "Because I know what you are. And it's only due to the respect I have for someone else that I don't keep the promise I made to you once before and send you back to whatever HELL you came from."
...And she totally looked at him like he was freaking retarded. "Glad you know what I am...because the only thing I can tell about you is that you're a freak," she said. "Not sure what reality you were brought up in, but in THIS world? We're taught not to stare at people like we're psychos. Maybe you should take a hint." God, when she thought about this later she was going to wonder just where in the HECK she had gotten the balls to act like this.
"Really. Then tell me... and THINK about this before you answer... does the name Michele Odette d'Estaing make any little alarms in your head go off?" He asked, raising a brow.
Somehow, him mentioning that name made something click in her head, and the anger melted off her face and gave way to pure, unadulterated fear filled it. THIS was the guy that had set her on fire in her dreams. She immediately jerked away from him, causing herself to go tumbling toward the floor.
He stared at her, making no attempt to help her. "That woman... killed the most amazing, beautiful, WONDERFUL girl in the entire world. And for that... I promised her an eternity of pain. Suffering. Torment. And rest assured... if she ever finds a way to control you? I will KEEP that promise."
"THAT...was a dream. And YOU are psycho," she said, pulling herself off the floor and straightening herself up. She had been trying to tell herself lately that all of this mess was something in her head. MUCH easier to accept than what was really going on. "And if you try to TOUCH me then you'll have so much hell down on your head that you won't know WHAT hit you."
"Woman... I know hell." He said with a dark smirk, one that would likely chill anyone who knew him to the bone. "YOU showed it to me."
"You want Hell? Try dreaming of someone spending decades coming up with new and inventive ways of torture," Teresa snapped. He had done things...things that a normal person couldn't DREAM of. "If my dreams are real, what you did doesn't hold a candle to what he did." God forbid if she ever saw HIM again. "Stay the hell away from me." With that, she shakily turned away from him, fully intent upon running the hell out of here.
"I'll be watching you." He said, with a note of finality, as she stormed away, seeing no real reason to follow her. No... he'd made a promise to Delilah. And as badly as he wanted to follow her, to use his bare hands to choke the life from her... he made himself sit there.
