Complete and Utter Pants Shitting Terror Here
Who: Mercy and Anthony
Where: Eden
When: Oct. 21, Evening
Usually, Mercy didn't bother hanging around in the upper level of Eden. A bouncer with her skills and penchant for violence was typically better served working in the purely supernatural sublevel... but tonight? Oh hell no. This was DIFFERENT. She was walking down the stairs to said sublevel... when a familiar scent caught her attention. It took the goth vampire a few moments to place where she knew it from... but then it hit her. It was the scent she'd smelled all over Sophia the last time they'd met up. Now keep in minnd that Mercy and Sophia were technically no more than friends-with-benefits. Yet... Mercy tended to be VERY possessive of things and people she held dear. Meaning? As the vinyl-clad vampire stomped off towards said scent, spiked choker and gloves in place? Anthony was in DEEP SHIT.
Too bad that Anthony had no idea what was coming for him. In his mind, him and Sophia were just friends who happened to share a one night stand with one another. If he had known that some batshit crazy vamp seemed to see Sophia as hers? Then he wouldn't have touched her with a ten foot pole. Too bad for him, Right now he was having a beer while chatting it up with a bartender, basically just having fun.
"You." Mercy said coldly, arms crossed over her ample breasts, looking hilariously sexy considering how pissed she was. "You and I need to talk. Which is my nice way of saying you will listen and not piss me off unless you want two dislocated shoulders."
Anthony spun around in his chair as the bartender backed away slowly. Anthony arched an eyebrow at her, but, due to her natural pallor and...well, obvious attitude, he was going to lean toward the safe side and assume 'vampire.' Shit. Who had HE pissed off and how? "Fine," he said. "Talk."
"Your band is fantastic. And is always welcome here. BUT." Oh dear. Here we go. "You are never to TOUCH Sophia again. Your filthy hands are never to touch her body again. Because if they do? I will be able to smell it on her. And I swear to every deity known to man that if I catch your stink on her again?" Those eyes flashed of pure evil then, like she could eat him alive and love every moment. "I will tear your throat out and bathe in your blood."
He managed to keep himself from pointing out that A. that had been a while ago, and B. it wasn't like Sophia had been fighting him off. Instead, he just said, "Didn't realize she was taken. Promise never to go NEAR her again." And that was something that he meant. He would probably run in the other direction of Sophia tried to talk to him again. No one night stand was worth THAT, even if it was a good one.
"SHE doesn't even realize she's taken. But she is MINE. Hm. Shame we had to meet like this, you know..." Oh god, was she FLIRTING with him now? Mercy was seriously unhinged, huh. "Different circumstances, and I'd give a guy as good-looking as you a real good time."
He nodded. Actually, he would bet that she would. Still, right now he was pretty much terrified. "Well, maybe our next meeting can go a little better," he said, reminding himself to breathe.
"THAT is going to depend, darling. On how good you are at taking our little agreement seriously." She actually grabbed him by the collar there, grinding against him as if they were doing an erotic dance. "It's an easy enough arrangement, after all..." she purred into his ear, "You don't touch my Sophia, and I don't decorate this place with your blood. Simple enough..."
He nodded. "Yeah, very simple," he agreed. He was definitely never going near Sophia again. That was very obvious. "She's yours. I won't be going near her again, I swear."
"No. You won't. Because you have a career. And a good life. And likely... quite the 'equipment' down there." She flashed him a fangy grin, before giving a 'little-girl' voice. "And you wouldn't wanna go losing all three of those, would you?"
He swallowed. "Point definitely made," he said to her. He couldn't help but wonder how Sophia would react when she figured out that no one would want to be within a square mile of her now. Not his problem, though. "Like I said, we're clear on this."
"Good boy. Now finish your drink and go find some cheap piece of ass to impress." Mercy said with a deceptively innocent grin, a little hop to her step now.
