FULL MOON OCTOBER 8TH

Blood moon rising
On October 8th, there will be a total eclipse of the moon. When this happens the moon will turn blood red. It is expected that the moon will be red for about an hour. Blood moons in history have always been a great omen of a big change or event about to happen.

An investigation is still underway over who contaminated the blood supply given to the hospital. Leads have begun to spill blood on the streets. A curfew has been issued for the time being. For the time being, all vampires infected by the bad blood has been given a refund and told to now get their supplies from one of the many blood banks within the area - ones that are controlled and well taken care of by vampires. Tristan Reid has made it known for those part of the Legion, and those who wish to remain neutral, that blood from the banks have been discounted, and those who have been getting their blood from the hospital should now go to other sources. All of this was said discreetly, of course.

And as of 7:30pm, Wednesday night, there has been an odd, prickling of the skin sensation causing every single werewolf and vampire to feel as though something is just not right within the air. As if something even more menacing lurked in the distance. Some have been spreading rumors that it is The Brotherhood doing their voodoo witchcraft and poisoning the air to make everyone want to stay indoors and not even so much as step outside for a quick breath of air. Others believe there is a thing even more dangerous and deadly out there, waiting to make themselves known and strike. There are even more rumors spreading like wildfire among every single species. Even the Fairies are talking up a storm with worry. Whatever this might be, in the end, all of it leads to negativity.

With the Autumnal Equinox hitting it's apex right as the time hits midnight, witches will all feel the surge of power as Mabon, the Feast of the Ingathering, fills every single witch out there to offer fruits to the God and Goddess to secure blessing for the coming winter months. But some choose to use this heightened moment in time to strike the enemies if any were to come in contact with those associated with The Legion or who they assume are part.

The Legion are well aware of the festive little celebration the witches will be having all day tomorrow, and are getting themselves prepared for any and all slaughter that may be coming their way because of it, but, they have more pressing matters to attend to with the sudden alarm about their current blood supply at the local hospital, UCSF Medical Center, as it has been contaminated with dead blood, easily making any and all vampires of any age become sick within seconds and need to seek shelter or else they are vulnerable to attack. The first outbreak of the unknown sickness became early as of 9pm Monday night.

There is chaos out on the streets tonight.
