Moody requested that everyone meet up in the Great Hall where he intended to breach the subject of Albion and the Order joining forces. He invited Rufus along to break the news to the group, sans his gang of merry men. He would have allowed people to voice their concerns or any other general comments/concerns they'd like to make, though he would have tried to steer clear of the most obvious topic of the evening.
