Following the hunt, parents were invited to a luncheon while their children were supervised by Foundation help. During this luncheon, they were spoken to by Miss Dolores Jane Umbridge, head of the DMLE, about the importance of protecting your family and loved ones from foreign terrorists. It was highly recommended that they report anyone suspicious, supposed friends and family included, as nothing is more important than their family's safety.

After this speech nothing more was said on the matter, and everyone was asked to socialise and enjoy themselves on this very happy holiday. As they left, Foundation employees gifted each child with one of the above favours, and everyone was wished a very happy Easter!

Lucinda arrived (early) with Daphne (and the nanny) in this dress with a matching shawl. She spent the morning talking with Hortense and overseeing the final preparations. At noon when everyone arrived (including her husband, Stewart), Lucinda took Daphne back from the nanny and played perfect mother, socialising next to her husband and letting everyone coo over her gorgeous 2 month, 2 week baby girl.

During the luncheon, she let the nanny have the baby so that she could pay close attention to the speech at hand, and then socialised afterward until it was time to leave.

She clearly spent much of her time with Hortense, congratulating her on a job well done, but also made sure to spend time with Narcissa, Julianne, Ben, and (of course!) Aunt Claudette and the children. She probably also insisted that baby Daphne and baby Theodore Marcel play together a little bit...as much as children their age can play together. (LOLZ)

Chloris would have been thrilled to meet Claudette (she's heard so much about her after all!) and would have congratulated her on a wonderful job.

LMAO!

Lucinda would have been very excited to meet Chloris too! After all, dear Aunt Claudette adores her so!!! She would have introduced Chloris to both Stewart (before remembering that Chloris is his aunt LMAO) and ikkle baby Daphne and had she met the boys (and the twins) she would have certainly complimented Chloris on them.

As if Chloris wouldn't introduce Lucinda to her children! Lord. They're Chloris' whole reason for being. LOL! She would have definitely coo'd over Daphne, and said that once the girls are all older, they definitely needed to have playdates.

Persephone would have arrived on time, dressed in a spring halter dress with a matching cardigan in lavender. She would have greeted her sister and sister-in-law warmly, complimenting Daphne, and she would have been very happy to see her older brother. She would have spent most of her time with Aunt Chloris and Claudette, though she would have made the rounds to greet other friends.

Lucinda would have been very nice to her sister in law, asking after her pregnancy and Prior. She would also have complimented Seph's dress and thanked her for coming. But she was brief.

Chloris would have complimented Seph's dress and been very glad to see her. She would have introduced her to Claudette and attempted to get conversation between them going, since she wants them all to be ~great friends~. HAH!

Carlotta arrived at precisely 8:58am and would have greeted both Lucinda and Hortense warmly and congratulated them for thinking of this wonderful idea. She would have then gone to work enthusiastically in whichever direction she was pointed.

She wore this dress with a jacket which was likely shed if she was working with younger children later in the day so that she could move more easily.

She greeted anyone that she came into contact with and was friendly and quite supportive of the event and the way it is bringing families together. Later in the day she would have internally raised an eyebrow at Ms Umbridge's speech and thought that it was interesting that the Foundation would support bringing families together on the surface and then provide messages that could potentially drive them apart, but of course she would have said nothing of what she truly thought about that - yet.

Lucinda would have been very polite to Carlotta as well, thanking her for volunteering her time, and would have pointed her in the direction of the Foundation member who would give Carlotta her assignment. (I think it was working with the children :))

As soon as Carlotta was away, Lucinda would have given Hortense a look, but said no more to or about the woman until the end of the affair when she and Hortense presented Miss Pinkstone with a very nice quill and ink set as a thank you for all of her help.

Carlotta would have been delighted to work with the children and it would have definitely shown. She would have been perfectly happy directing children and been very grandmotherly towards all of the children that came her way.

She would have thanked both Hortense and Lucinda for the quill and ink set at the end. She would have told them she was delighted to be of assistance and that she would be more than happy to help the Foundation with any work they do with children. If they have need of her, then they should not hesitate to ask. :]

Claudette arrived at a reasonable time...not early, but also not late, and had Calista and Colette in tow, along with baby Theodore (who looked like a baby and slept pretty much the entire time). She was wearing this dress with a warm wrap and was also walking with a cane. She's still looking frail and not a whole lot better from the last time people saw her out and about.

She spent most of her time sitting down and watching the children run about, socializing with whomever came over to talk to her (because walking around means she gets tired faster, which is not good), but mostly gravitated towards Chloris and Persephone, and also Lucinda, natch. She would've made sure to say hello to all of the necessary people and inquire as to their health and their husbands and all of that, but would've kept her visiting short so that she didn't get tired out too quickly.

If she had a chance, she would've spoken briefly at the luncheon, thanking the Foundation for putting on this event and ensuring the enrichment of our children's lives, etc. (all smiling and without a hint of irony, at least on the outside) There would also have been a small, but noticeable, security detail with Claudette and the children, though they wouldn't have gotten in the way and would've merely escorted the group there and home when they left in the afternoon.

Lucinda was very happy to see her aunt and cousins, and was certain to spend a good amount of time fawning over them. Of course, she reintroduced sleeping Daphne and sleeping Theodore, but spent much of her Nott time talking to her aunt; seeing how she was feeling, commenting on how quickly the girls are growing and how lovely they are, making sure she was comfortable etc. She also would have complimented her Aunt's outfit and would have assured her that with every day she looks stronger and stronger.

It would have been an honour to have her aunt (Wife of the Minister) speak at the luncheon, and Lucinda would have made sure it happened as soon as it was suggested. She would have been very happy to see her aunt make an effort with the Foundation and would have complimented her lovely speech.

Before leaving her aunt, she would have made plans to come for tea some time soon!

Narcissa would have made a point to go and talk with Claudette since the press is hear and they're supposed to be friends now etc. But her concern would have been quite genuine, as would have fussing over the little ones.

Chloris gravitated mostly toward her longtime bff, and would have been quite observant around her (often saying she herself felt tired, and would Claudette like to join her to sit, whenever she thought Claudette looked tired. She would have smiled and looked completely sincere when Claudette spoke, but definitely gave her a conspiratorial wink.

She gave both the girls little easter eggs with earrings inside that are charmed to change from clip on to pierced ears, depending on what the girls have.

Astra was dressed in classic-casual (totally with those shoes too) with a shawl on hand because you never can predict English weather. She is, hurrah!, finally visibly pregnant! In a very good mood she had lots of people to talk to - Chloris got a fair amount of time and she definitely would have tracked down Claudette, as well as any of her friends in attendance and Narcissa, though she was happy to talk to anyone who seemed safe and interesting.

Hortense spent much of the morning with Lucinda, ensuring that everything was in tip top condition for noon. When Narcissa arrived, she and Lucinda would have most likely would have given her a tour as well to be sure that everything was up to her standards.

As people arrived, Hortense greeted them warmly and thanked them for coming before or as they left.

She was very happy to see her brother and sister at the event and set her duties aside long enough to thank them for coming. After the luncheon, she would have spent most of her time with them and she was clearly very happy to do so. Hortense was also pleased to see Aunt Chloris and did not neglect to speak with her and thank her for coming. Near the end of the event Hortense sought out Seraphina to thank her for her services, congratulated Lucinda on a beautiful job and definitely spoke with Narcissa.

Julianne arrived probably an hour earlier just to see if any last minute help was needed. A few girls followed her around in the afternoon so when the Easter egg hunt started, she would've gone along with them and helped the girls out!

Her mom would've arrived later and Juls would've sat with her, remembering her childhood and such. She would've socialised with Narcissa and Lucinda in particular, would've complimented Hortense and Lucinda in the wonderful preparations and said hello to many other socialites. She would've had quite a desire for a child of her own seeing so many pregnant women and ladies with children but she would've tried to put that at the back of her mind.

Narcissa arrived about five minutes late (entirely by design, of course) as everyone was settling down, in a blue dress, shawl, and hat. She was absolutely thrilled with the work Lucinda and Hortense had done, and made sure to congratulate them. Other than that, she made the rounds of socialising - though after a while, her feet started to hurt and she sat and let others flock to her instead. Overall, Narcissa was incredibly pleased with how this event turned out, as happy children is nothing but good press! Plus, the thought of having her own little one to attend these things with from next year was quite nice :)

Lucinda was clearly all OMG NARCISSA ♥ desperate for her approval and when it was given, she was all smiles. Of course, she cooed over fetus and complimented Narcissa's gorgeous dress, and CLEARLY it was totally fine that Narcissa spoke...she is chairwoman after all!

Ben was there a bit grudgingly, though in usual Ben-fashion, looked perfectly happy to be there. He brought Eva, duh, 'cos they're like, engaged or something xD

Anyway, he talked mostly to Narcissa and Lucinda when he wasn't speaking quietly with Eva. He probably held Daphne for a short time like a good godfather, whilst trying to cut some of the tension between himself and Lucy's failboat-less-awesome-blood-not-DE husband xD

Lucinda was thrilled to see Ben even if he brought Eva xD and she definitely spent as much time with her favourite cousin as she could, complimenting Ben on how good he was with Daphne, occasionally a little louder than necessary so Stewart overheard. But all in all, she was just glad Ben was able to be there and see all of her hard work! Because she loves her cousin!!!

Chloris arrived right on time, wearing a coral dress, and gold hat, with the governess and children in tow. Caerus and Proteus wore matching sailor outfits, though only Proteus wore the hat. The girls were pushed by the governess in a carriage, though Chloris often had one of them in her arms (or if Seph, Astra, or any of her other friends wished to hold them, they could).

She would have stayed near Claudette and Persephone, and congratulated Hortense and Lucinda on a wonderful job. She would have been very kind if Narcissa came by (as she was staying close to Claudette and others). The boys were very well behaved (as they ought to be!) and played with Calista and Colette the majority of the time.

Hortense is not big on children but she took the time to dote on Chloris's because she knows they are not the misbehaved, dirty kind and she can handle them. ♥ Plus bbs are too cute.
