I have news that pertains to all of you. A month ago Howard Stark came through the gate. We would have informed everyone earlier, but I believe he's from your world Ms. Carter. He was violent and couldn't seem to remember who he was, and he has the advanced strength and speed of a Super Soldier. We were forced to keep him sedated and see if we could figure out how to help him.

I've been reassured by our psychiatrist that he doesn't need to be institutionalized. He's started to remember things and adjusted to the information we gave him. I thought it was time to let you know.

someone needs to come pick me up from er because they won't let me drive. something about pain meds and blah blah blah. haha. blaaaah. but i'm fine and they're being jerks about it so i need a ride. i love you all. and your hair. steve has awesome petable hair. everyone go pet his hair.
