Hello, it's (another) Allison Argent. Which isn't a sentence I'd ever thought I'd write, but honestly, I'm so relieved to be back here in Hawaii that I'm not even going to ask what happened for us to suddenly have alternate universe doubles.

Um, the cheat sheet says that we all have different histories, so... I moved to Beacon Hills, werewolves happened, then a few years later I was whisked away to Hawaii where I lived for another few years, and then the portal took Isaac and I to the Pacific Rim world and we couldn't find a way back, so-- it's really great seeing a coastline that's not destroyed right now! I'd forgotten that people laid out on the beach.

I was doing some housecleaning today and found some garden gnomes. Apparently, my younger self decided to store some of his stash from his Christmas shenanigans here.

I have one sincerely angered toddler on my hands and no juice boxes. This is a disaster.

Er, hello. I've a bit of a problem. I helped out the Mayor of Shoshoni (very small town not terribly far from Scottie's farm) yesterday; he was in a bit of a pickle about a herd of elk having taken over the golf course and-- never mind, it's not important -- and he was so pleased with my help that he made me mayor. And I know it's just my powers acting up to influence him but I've tried very politely to tell him that I'm not interested in being a mayor, or a leader of any sort, really, and he keeps slapping me on the back and calling me "son" and saying I'm being ridiculous.

Help? I don't wish to intrude upon the democratic process and now there are these people following me wanting me to go to meetings about economics. What is the best way to say "no, I'm afraid I'm not mayor" without hurting anyone's feelings or inadvertently causing a civil war?

(And keeping the position is quite out of the question.)

Any recommendations for decent vets in the Honolulu area? Or, if worth it, Mel and I will travel. We're going to need a new one, as the one nearest us had the audacity to imply that Pandora could benefit from switching to the diet kibble. The man must be either be an idiot or secretly a Murdoch, because Pandora is perfect in every way.

Anyone up for lacrosse? It's going to be pigs versus chickens, but we're going to need some werewolves/humans rounding out their teams to make this work.
