I only made it to here-

The sheets are scratchy, the mattress is lumpy and there's only one pillow, but those thoughts vanish almost before they form as Brian finds himself with an armful of sleepy, warm teenager.

-but I have to say that that is quite possibly my favorite sentence in a fic ever. It's just too sweet and perfect and schmoopy and TEH LOVE OMG TEH LOVE!!
