Azyebel, Isyllt, Mikino and open to all
A closed off section of the gardens
Just after nightfall
Asrai love the moonlight
No one could ever claim that Queen Azyebel was unkind. Where Isyllt was concerned she had been remarkably accommodating, first there was the set of rooms without windows and the maid, then the guards and the approval to skip court functions, though that last one was likely more for the Queen's benefit as when she was present there were more than a few questions. Questions were bad as it could eventually lead someone to discovering what Isyllt was and they had agreed that keeping quiet about her being an Asrai was truly the best for everyone. But there were times when something Issy required ran the risk of exposing their little secret, like tonight when the moon was the fullest it had been since she arrived and her body ached to be under it. She had approached the Queen on the subject early that afternoon and together they came up with a possible solution.
Azzy had discovered which part of the garden wasn't visible from the palace's many windows and as the sun was setting she stationed guards to block off that section, giving the excuse that she wanted some time alone. Asking for complete alone time was problematic for a Queen though, so that evening when the pair of them passed the stationed guards she gave the order that should someone approach they were to be announced first and she would decide if they could pass. It would not buy Issy the whole night but it would give her plenty of time to enjoy and recharge under the moonlight. There was even a small fountain in the center of this blocked off space, she would not bathe in it as most Asrai would have, but she might dip a hand or foot in it if the mood struck her.
When Isyllt felt comfortable enough and was reassured that she would not be seen she took off her heavy, green velvet robe and high leather boots, revealing that she wore only a tiny, champagne-colored dress that exposed all of her arms and shoulders as well as her long, shapely legs. The fact that there was a rather attractive body under all those clothes she usually wore was for the moment overshadowed by how her skin glistened and glimmered when under the moonlight. "I don't truly understand it myself," she said as she leaned her head back, soaking in the moonlight and removing the pins that kept her long, green tresses in place. She shook it out and when it fell in waves around her shoulders she looked back to the Queen. "To be so allergic to the sun yet strengthened and renewed by moonlight, and also to essentially glow in the dark or at least, well, sparkle, it doesn't seem right does it. I have a difficult time believing my little sub-species has survived so long."
