The Green Lady
I love mythology stuff. Absolutely love it. Something about the details of the Green Lady in the last fic grabbed me, and insisted that I rig something up, so here she is. I'd like to stress that she's my version only--I sincerely doubt that she looks anything like [info]laylah intended. :D

She's worksafe.

oh, wow. I love the perspective in this, and the sort of classical elegance to her pose, and the vines! ee! the growth of other things out of the deaths of men is a really central part of her importance in Casmile, so the focus there just blows me away.

The fact that you called her the Green Lady even though nothing about her was described as green made me figure there was a renewal aspect going on. Most death deities have something like that, especially the ones with consorts. :D

Yeah, totally -- in my head it's all about the moss growing on gravestones, the lush growth where bodies are buried, the way rotting happens in color. I -- I am endlessly glad that she translates well.

...and she looks so fucking awesome. prrr.

That is so awesome. I love her pose. It would totally look welcoming and probably sensual on a living person. That makes it even neater on her.

*urge to make really, really stupid 'bone' pun duly quashed*

I hoped it would look welcoming, I'm so glad it turned out. She's death, not in a hurry or anything, kinda indolent, but totally wants to hook up sometime.

Oh, this is nice! It's weird, despite the fact she has an empty eye socket I still feel like she's looking at me, even with the side on veiw.

Total, total love and adoration for the pose.
Also, for some strange reason, love for the raspberry. It just fits so well. And the hands. The hands are excellent.

The bone legs and flesh arms make me wonder, where does the bone stop? Which is kinda disturbing when I try and guess so well done you creeped me out good.

There is a canon picture of the green lady:

But I kinda like yours better.
