Big Bad Fic

Because of the nature of some of the fic posted here, I've decided to restrict membership to people over 18 - I don't want to get in trouble for bringing porn to minors.

So over the next weekend, I'm going to be checking the profiles of everyone I don't know personally. If your birth year is not listed or if you are under 18, you will be removed immediately from the group. I know the management here is intelligent and not into random acts of absurdity (like another journal site I know), but I'd like to make sure they have no reason to ever come knocking.

I will not ever restrict what you can post here, but in order to not censor the fics, my friend and lawyer informs me that limiting the membership is just a smart thing to do and I have to agree.

So please, add your birth year to your profile ASAP. Thanks.

The security level for all posts from here on out has been set to members only, but please go back through your past posts and make sure (especially on your Adult-rated fics) that the security level is set to Friends Only.
