Dear Mrs. Weasley,
I am writing regarding your policy of new students to your primary school. I have recently become the guardian of a young girl who was orphaned in the recent battle at Leicester Square, and have decided it's high time she was in school again. I was reluctant to place her there before now, but it seems she's got no other family and will be with me indefinitely. I was hoping there would be space for her at your school. She is five years old, according to the Medi-Witches at the shack, probably nearly six.
The thing is...she's a Muggle, and I'm not quite sure on your policy there. I would like to avoid sending her to Muggle school just yet. I don't trust anyone outside of Hogsmeade to keep her safe. She's a wonderful kid, and wouldn't be any problem. I understand that the curriculum there is mostly Muggle based for the younger years, with some Latin instruction. Do you think it would be at all possible for Emma to attend your school? Please let me know as soon as possible if it is, and when she could start.
Thank you, Cormac McLaggen Special Auror in Charge Auror Division Hogsmeade
