Summary: Hestia is treking home and thinking on what she needs to do.
Every day that went by she felt more and more like a waddling balloon, she was an active person- but any more she just wanted to sit down and wait for the rotund bubble attached to her to disappear. Labor was a slightly intimidating thought- but not nearly enough to make her want to keep the very active infant inside of her. If anything, he seemed to be working on removing himself out her belly-button.
Keeping active then, just made her exhausted; and lately she didn't have time to slow down. Ginger had very strangely come to her asking for some potions that were out of the ordinary, normally used to keep down infection- but she wouldn't let her look her over, even after their last fight the day before. It was only adding to everything, but she refused to let it get to her- even if it did keep her busy. Along with the werewolves in the Clinic that were still recuperating from the last full moon, and now- rumors of people getting sick....
But they were just traces, quiet rumors. Hestia didn't go to the Shack, she didn't know if there was a body count or just an upsurge of patients. Just hearing whispers on the wind.
Pulling her cloak tighter around her, Hestia shuddered and prayed for the fire she knew would be roaring spectacularly when she got home. With that small thought, she gave a faint smile and wished she could walk faster. She'd promised Val a story before bed, and the winter was not dwelling well on Mama Rose which concerned her. Especially if there was some nasty flu going around. What she needed to do was add some vitamins to their meals, start stocking the potions cabinet with more pepper-up potions. In fact, she'd start those tomorrow when she went back to the Clinic, along with finishing off the last batch of others for Ginger.
