Severus smirked. "I did nothing of the sort. Jack, however, flirted with any number of people, including both Harry and Pansy. It was a very long and tedious night, which resulted in a collection of random but probably useless information."
Severus sighed. "She would not put you in danger, definitely. But me? My son? I do not know how circumspect she will be on that score." He stopped there and did not elaborate. Narcissa could still cross the wards on the manor and he suspected that she may have access to Upper Slaughter. That was a dangerous combination in his eyes.
