"You look tired," she said, but it would have been obvious to a one eyed troll that he was tired. "Your bags have bags. You should see Poppy and get something to help you sleep, if you need it."
As he sat down, a tray with tea, and a tray of all the best sweeties from the kitchens appear. "Do eat up, I know you still have a healthy appetite."
