Daphne giggled, putting her hand to her mouth to quiet it. "In my experience, pretty much every man thinks they're more important than everything else in the entire world. Some of them just hide it more than others." Then she shrugged. "He loves the boy, and that's more important than anything. I just don't think he's quite used to the idea of being a father."
The blonde smiled as Millicent brushed her son's cheek. Nigel's eyes were open at this point, and he yawned sleepily. "I'm sure he's had a very exciting weekend," she said, nodding. "I hope Liam and Ella enjoyed having him around. Liam will be seeing him a lot more now, I'm sure, so it's good that he seems to not mind having a baby around."
