Millicent smiled. 'I think you're right,' she said, pulling out yet another baby blanket. She looked up as Daphne mentioned Justin, not even realising the loving look on her face as his name was mentioned. She nodded. 'He was in our year,' she said with a shrug. 'Though I can honestly say I didn't pay too much attention to Hufflepuffs,' she said with a smirk.
'I didn't know who he was when I ran into him this summer - or rather Ella ran into him - she was the one who decided he was a giant and that she'd liked to talk to him.' She didn't mention that talking had involved asking him to go and get Liam from his evil-pirate father.
She couldn't help but to snort at Daphne's husband. After all, keeping things to herself had never been her strong suit. She said was came to mind and refused to be ashamed of it. Which was why she didn't even think to censor her next words.
'No offence, but your late husband was an old fool who liked to get beaten up by women dressed in leather. I don't think he could have put up a fight if you'd decided differently.'
