Ernie blinked when Terry called Snape by his first name then he shrugged. They were both teachers at Hogwarts after all and he'd always assumed that the teachers didn't go around calling each other by their surnames in private. "Really?" he said curiously. "Was Slughorn that bad?" He paused as he remembered something that had been said in his shop a couple of times over the last week or two. "Oh, is it true that Snape has a son? I've heard some people saying that and... well, it does seem kind of hard to believe."
He smiled broadly when Terry said yes. "Great! I... that's great."
He grinned. "I thought he might. They might even have the Imps Motorcycle Display Team there this year. They're all kids from the age of about five to around sixteen or so." He chuckled. "Though that might just give Ben a few bad ideas so maybe we should hope that they're not there."
He rolled his eyes and snickered. "They love doing the ice carving. They enter competitions every now and then and every time they do we end up with all sorts of ice scuptures all over the estate. One time they carved an ice badger right outside the front door. Dad loved it... and so did I for that matter."
