Lucius listened with a smirk on his face, though he could not help the instinctive jerk in his spine at the chosen decease. His father had died of Dragon pox - it was not a decease he had anything but respect (and fear for).
However when the vision cleared he could not help but to smile. 'It's a very good plan, and you have my discretion of course. As always,' he said with a smirk. May I offer a suggestion?' he then added, waiting for a nod before speaking. 'Make sure as many of our people get the vaccine as possible, as I doubt they'd be pleased to fall ill. Also, do not tell them what it's for - we both know we have spies amongst us. The less they know, the less they can tell.'
He smirked. 'In fact, you could use it to flush a few spies out. Tell them something about what they're given, a different story to different people - then see which one comes up on the other side.'
