BY ORDER OF THE ACTING MINISTER OF MAGIC

Dark creatures such as werewolves, centaurs and vampires are hereby forbidden to hold down positions though which they can pose a risk for other people.

Such positions are hereby defined as any position where the dark creature would come in regular contact with humans.

Any Dark creature found to violate the rules will be incarcerated until such time that a release can be made with no risk to public safety.

Any employer of a Dark Creature holding a position such as mentioned above may be penalised with heavy fines or, if the offence is repeated, with incarceration.

Antonin chuckled when he saw the latest bit of idiocy from Umbridge. These British seemed to treasure their equality and independence and would be up in arms, with any luck. Still, perhaps it would be time to build a small fire under Draco's feet and get him moving soon.

Putting pen to parchment, he did jot off a quick letter to Fleur Weasley for Nikita to deliver...

Dear Fleur,

No doubt by now you have seen the latest decree from your ersatz Minister.

If anyone from her office is so rude as to approach you, you may produce your certifications of being nothing of the Dark. If that doesn't immediately turn the trick, advise them that the lawyers have advised you to answer no further questions and refer them to me. By now, you and your sister should have received your international certificates as well, issued from The Hague in Vienna. I'd advise you to keep all of your paperwork with you at all times.

If they insist on taking you into custody, demand deferential treatment, offer to accompany them freely until the matter is resolved, then call for Nikita, who will immediately contact me. You will find a few new house elves about that answer to him. I will act at once to obtain your release. You may also mention, if anyone treats you in any way other than as a respected guest, that your lawyers will be filing both civil and criminal charges for false imprisonment. Then refuse to say anything more until legal representation arrives.

Hestia was walking with Shae, having left Val with Ginger when she saw the Decree. At first she'd just ignored it, figured Umbridge was doing what Umbridge did best, and it wasn't something she really wanted to have to deal with... But then something caught her eye... 'Dark Creature' and she stopped immediately, eyes widening further and further, skin paling as her gaze quickly ran over the lines.

Remus was being removed from Hogwarts. Remus was being removed and Merlin only knew who would be replaced.

Jensen- Jensen was in danger. If this didn't effect him- if Umbridge didn't already know- she'd find out... He loved school.

Hestia felt something building inside of her, and then a sharp pain across her side as she started to breath heavy. Shae seemed to notice and he began to whimper, though she didn't seem to notice, though her hold on him tightened. She kept swallowing, just standing in front of the sign before a small hand and babbled 'mama' crawled across her ears. Turning slightly she looked at Shae Bentley and kissed his forehead, forcing herself to stop breathing so hard- bring her motor skills under control even as the pain in her side continued and her heart raced.

"Come on baby, lets go home." And she would have planning to do.
