"As do I," he said with a broad smile, tapped her nose with a finger, and just wished that he could do something more than coming by to help her out with the children to help.
"Cream and sugar, yes, please," he said, goign about getting everything. It felt a little awkward to him, because he had liked Ginger when he'd met her, still did in a way--she was beautiful and flirtacious and, as far as he really knew, unspoken for. But he also really liked Hestia, who was beautiful and compassionate and... So yes, it was a little awkward sometimes.
