Pushing a lock of hair behind her ear, Hestia was just beginning to stand up from pushing a pan of bread in the oven when she heard the voices and turned to look at the doorway as her name was said in the deep baritone. The smile that lit her face when she saw him was almost immediately tempered when she saw her sister looking at her pointedly from Lee's side.
Her own dark eyes gave Ginger a strange look before just ignoring her, that's what they'd been doing best lately, and giving another smile to Lee as she stepped towards him. "Lee, how have you been?" She asked, keeping her voice as upbeat as possible, she really was glad to see him.
Nervously her one hand began to wipe at the apron still tied at the side of her waist before looking, eyes darting to Ginger, who was forcing herself further in the room. "You seem to have met my sister, Ginger. Ging- this is-" she didn't even get to finish before Ginger interrupted with a 'we've met'.
Hestia was taken aback by the answer, and all at once a strange sensation crawled up her throat at the words. When and how? Ginger didn't just meet gentlemen... However, she took a deep breath and gave another weak smile. "Oh- well...good." She said her lips twitching with the action.
