Dearest Percy,
First of all, happy birthday, darling! I know I'm late, but it isn't my fault, really! Your gift was delivered late, and then I had to do my part of it. Or we did, because Harry ended up having to help me a wee little bit....okay, maybe a bit more than that, really.... But I'm sure Cass had your whole attention yesterday, anyway, and it would have been rude of me to interrupt so it's really a good thing that I am late, isn't it?
Anyway, obviously, your gift is a set of bookshelves. But there is a catch, you see. These shelves have a special feature. I know that you enjoy Muggle mystery books, and I'm still waiting for my shopping trip, you know....I don't care if it's illegal, I want to go shopping for something entertaining to read! When are we going? I'm sure we can find a way to cover our tracks, or however you would put it. So when are we going shopping????
Where was I? Oh yes....
Anyway, these shelves are for your Muggle mysteries. You notice, of course, that each shelf has a glass cover that locks. But what you can't see is that each shelf has been charmed so that the books shelved appear to be mundane wizarding texts. Aren't I smart? Well, I had the idea, at least, even if Harry had to help me do the charm work. And each shelf has a different set of books so it doesn't look suspicious! The books are all actual wizarding books, too, because I used my own shelves to make the illusion. The only problem is that you have to actually pull the book off the shelf to see what it really is. Sorry about that. But you can put all your Muggle books here and if poor old Dolores comes to visit, she will be none the wiser because it will look like it's just ordinary old boring books that anyone might have around their house!
You love me, I know you do!
But I went to all that trouble because I love you, too! Give Cass a great big hug and kiss for me. And I'll give you a bonus....sometimes, if you ghost your fingertips over his hipbones, Harry can be quite ticklish! Not that you want to know that, of course, but I bet that Cass might be ticklish like that, too. Of course, that's off limits to me, but you could try it!
Love and kisses,
Pansy
P.S. Polly says hi to both Uncle Cass and Uncle Percy! Actually, it sounded a lot like 'wa-wa' but that's what she meant!
