Cass was almost surprised when he reached the top of the stairs before Percy, but he didn't wait before shrugging off his robes and boxers and had just laid down in bed when Percy came in.
He watched as Percy arranged the food, and as he stripped down for him, and even though his eyes moved over Percy's body, there was something about his eyes that made him think twice.
'Why so quiet?' he asked, reaching out and allowing his hand to move over Percy's torso and up to his face, smoothing his forehead. 'This isn't still about my birthday present, is it?' he asked. 'I really don't care about what it cost, if it had been free I'd still have got it for you,' he said softly.
