She shook her head into his shoulder, denying his words. It would be like last time- she knew it would- everything was going horribly- and with the babies due in two months- what was she supposed to do if he didn't wake before then? What if he needed recovery? What if he refused to believe they were his children?
But she also knew Theo- if Theo said he'd solve this, he'd solve it, right? She relaxed against him slightly, letting her tears calm, though they still flowed from her eyes without effort.
