Pansy hadn't told Harry that she was going to the funeral, and the thought that she might didn't seem to have occurred to him. But he was close to Neville Longbottom, and she wanted to ingratiate herself with his friends, even though they didn't know that was what she was doing, or why. And Millicent worked for Neville, Pansy knew, so it was appropriate for Ella to be there. So Pansy had dressed Ella in lovely dark purple robes and Polly in a little navy dress that set off the blue of her eyes. She'd worn formal black robes, herself, classic but stylish.
She knew she couldn't approach Harry, but there were plenty of other people there with whom to spend time. When she saw Percy, she smiled to herself. Some of them were even a pleasure. She hadn't had a chance to talk to him since he and Cass had made up....she never managed to be at the Shack visiting at the same time as him.
With Polly in one arm and Ella holding to her robes, she negotiated the way to her friend. 'Percy!' she greeted him, using her free arm to hug him. 'It's been too long! How are you?'
