Guilian couldn't help the smirk that crossed his face at her words, and adjusted his cuffs. "The Montagues like to keep many well-attributed connections." He had made sure to keep up with his father's connections, alongside creating his own. Although he was yet to test the waters now that his father had all but disowned him.
"Well if it means that I get to see you yet again, then definitely, we can have a business meeting later." Guilian held out the chair for her, waiting for her to sit. He was in two minds about their seat. It was rather central, and everyone would undoubtedly see them - a very beautiful couple. But for truth, he'd rather keep Gabrielle to himself - a quite corner table would offer much more privacy.
The way she talked about her family made him smile. "You care about them so much," he said softly. But he could understand her need for independence. "Oh ho! But I should send you more chocolate then, and Fleur will have nothing to worry about." He accompanied his words with a wink.
Guilian looked over the menu, and realised that he wasn't that hungry. It would look bad if he didn't eat, of course, like he was lovestruck by her beauty or something. But he chuckled at the mention of the nickname she had coined, giving her a coy look.
"I am famished," he replied, perusing the somewhat limited menu. He was used to ordering whatever he liked from the Casino - where your wish was their command. The food looked good, although the choices were far too sparse.
The wine list looked a lot more promising (thankfully), and Guilian finally made his choice from the menu based on the wine he wanted. "I believe I will have the lamb medallions, as it should go well with the wine."
"What about you?" he watched her, having no idea if she was vegetarian, or what she liked.
