"Fine," she said, feeling somewhat sulky even if she didn't show a trace of it. She changed the spell on her quill to follow her thoughts, writing down what she was thinking so she wouldn't disrupt the conversation. "It's just frustrating... Like the door's locked and I don't have the key. Or that it only opens at certain times of the day and I don't quite make it in time."
