"If I could remember her, I'd try and be her," she said with a small smile, looking rather sad. She wouldn't cry though, not when she had two gorgeous men dancing attendance on her. After all, most women were never even that lucky. "You said I've been like this for a month?"
She sighed, looking over her notebook and flushing when she got to the part where she'd told Verity she'd slept with Montague. "Did I really do that?" she asked, showing him the entry and looking horrified. "Really?"
Scarlett frowned, trying hard to conjure up a memory of Rome. "We stayed in a really nice hotel," she replied but she shook her head. "Not really although I remember the room only had one bed so I can guess at some of it."
