Penny eyed Charlie when he mentioned the amount of land and could actually see the picture of a reserve floating above his head. She shook her head with a smile and touched at the roses, seeing Charlie and Molly looking at some climbing blooms near a trellis.
"I'll bet it was gorgeous, even under all that snow." Charlie really hand't spoken of Ireland, probably because he'd only say 'it was work, there's really not a whole lot to tell'. But just seeing him home again, with their baby in his arms, was enough to make any other scene unneeded.
They found one of the small tables that was set up and took a seat in the chairs, watching couples walking throught the gardens, some of Charlie's brothers with their wives and girlfriends. Penny saw Neville but not Ginny. Still Neville looked as if he would never stop smiling.
After all the stress of the past couple weeks; the idiotic, snooping decree and what she was made to do for the sake of the animals, she was glad to have that seat in a lovely garden, if only for one day.
