Dennis laughed at her confidence, and the fact she didn't seem afraid of him. It made a nice change. Perhaps she had not seen the posters decrying him as a cold blooded murderer. It seemed she hadn't lost a single bit of the arrogance she had at school, but she wore it well. "Don't worry, I might shed a tear over your grave."
He licked his lips. "Although, you know, if you ever have designs on living forever, and shaking off the mantle of humanity, I'm only too happy to assist."
Her opinion of blondes was rather true, and he snorted. "Of course they are, but oh they taste so very very good." She was making him hungry now, and he was going to head off and see what he could find down Oxford way tonight. Plenty of luscious student fare on the menu.
"Oh now you think so lowly of me? I would never stoop to torturing animals." He shook his head. It was so easy to fool the humans sometimes, and it was fun.
When she tossed the bloodpop, he did chuckle aloud. "You've been shopping at Honeydukes?" He recognised the shape from the presses out the back of his brother's store. "How is my dear brother these days, hmmm?"
