"You have been here before," Percy pointed out. "Last time it was the summer hols, and now we see you right after the Easter hols. You can see why I'm less than impressed with your presence," he said, already calming down, because no amount of getting upset was going to change the fact that he needed as many aurors as possible, even if he dislike them.
"I have been making sure that office run smoothly a lot longer than you, Ms. Tonks, and that's why I'm here. If you have a problem with my ability to do this job, feel free to speak to the Minister. I'm sure he'd love to hear from his constituency," Percy answered, aware that Tiberius would nod and answer at the right moment and then ignoring her.
"If you're series, and only then report to Williamson. He'll put you on a light schedule. I want time free for you to train, and then we see how best to use your talent. As far as everyone else is concerned, you're here on a part time basis. That should ensure that we don't get questions when you start spending less and less time here." He might have not done this as long as her, but he certainly knew how to make things work smoothly. "No one shall know of your assignment except for me, Williamson and whoever your team leader will be. Is there anything else?"
