Knocks on the door meant bad news or Cass, and while it could usually go either way, he was pretty sure that Cass wasn't in at the moment, which meant that it was bad news. Even worse bad news cut the time he had to deal with the already bad news sitting on his desk, which meant he wouldn't be able to go home early, something that had never bothered him before.
He looked up, sighing. "Enter," he said, waiting for whomever was the bringer of bad news, his expression changing when he saw who was there. "Ms. Tonks, I was expecting an owl, not your presence in such... normal colours."
