Summary: Jillian has notice a lack of activity on the Nott front, and choses to use that to her advantage.
Illness did not become her, that was as she had decided. She was doing better, the light pox marks nearly gone, the itching controllable, the fever- gone... Her energy levels were still rather low, and once more, she really should have been sleeping- been in bed; but work, the world stopped for no one, in particular for her line of work. And the things she was hearing, even with the little contact she had... Quiet whispers, remarks made in the dark- not only about the sickness, which she was quickly finding as old news. After all, people had died, it was contained to Hogsmeade... It was only an idiot that could not determine that it was something from the Death Eater camp, her contacts gave her no indication that they had it.
Or for that matter, possible Death Eaters in 'their' circle; or her lovely ex's... (How did she get herself attached to so many men... exactly similar men?)
However, the station of the men she connected herself with was not why she need to pull her cloak closer, or why she was tiredly hauling herself out into the streets. No. The more interesting tid-bit of information she'd been picking up among her circles was about Theodore Nott.
The Great Untouchable Nott.
He was weak. 'Touchable' now. His wife and new son made him that way. In this business you let nothing of the sort effect you. You're heart was cold and you used everyone to your benefit. Nott had forgotten with this love. She, had not.
And she would use it to her advantage. A one certain Emelie Lewis. A contact of Theodore's that she had always come across, never used... She was loyal. Well not anymore, Theodore had forgotten his charges, and she would step in- after all, to suck him dry meant less competition for her, and a greater ruling to her 'empire'.
Jillian hated the idea of using the Three Broomsticks as her meeting point, she much preferred greater amenity- however, as things were, she could use silencing and privacy spells; which as she sat down she immediately put up, before gracefully settling in, fighting the physical exhaustion.
