The game set in present day Margate, Kent in England. Margate, for whatever reason, has become a portal of sorts, from which characters from all variations of time and space have ended up. Some have chosen to come here, for retirement or to escape their intended fates. Others have fallen (quite literally) into the town, been washed up on the beach, awoken in a hotel room; without any clue how or why they are here. There seems to be a barrier around the city. Those who want to escape Margate, to leave and not return, are unable to move beyond the city limits. Those who are content, settled, or resolved to having no place else to go, can venture beyond its boundaries so long as they intend to return to Margate. All fandoms are permitted, provided they are works of fiction. (IE no Real People- sorry, you crazy bandom people :P You cannot be RyRo.) Each month the pub owners (ie, your modly ones) shall post a topic for discussion and an event post. You can participate in either one or both at your discretion/preference. There is a small application for your to fill out for each of your maximum or three characters. The application will be dealt with by one of the mods within seven days, unless we've all run away on vacation at the same time without our laptops. (*snoooort* Like that will happen. No internet?!
